An online event with Kay Kotan
Clergy and laity alike have found themselves in a time of unprecedented leadership conversations, decisions, focus, and visioning. Pivot has become the name of the game so much so that we are growing dizzy and weary from pivoting! As a leader, what are we to do?
How are we to respond? During this workshop, participants will be reminded of the timeless core leadership principles that allow organizations to more readily and easily shift in both pandemic days and days of what we might refer to as routine:
• Eight strategies for empowering laity
• Necessity of intentional leadership development
• Structure and accountability for leading
