The Northern Virginia District
We are United Methodist Church in Northern Virginia.
We are located at 3600 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030. Arlington and Alexandria are one of the 8 districts in the Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Our Mission
The mission of the Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Next Level Innovations
Next Level Innovations (NLI) is an investment in churches that have a recognized potential for reaching more people in their community and inviting them to become disciples of Jesus. These churches have healthy and coachable leadership (clergy and lay).
Bi-District Youth Ministry
The Bi-District Youth program is overseen by our Bi-District Youth Council (BDYC). Typically the BDYC puts on 3-4 events for students each year.
Neighborhood Seminary
Neighborhood Seminary is a two-year non-credit theological education program open to lay persons aged 18 to 108 who have a desire to engage God’s mission in the world.
Lay Servant Ministries
The purpose of the Lay Servant Ministry is to empower laity to serve the Lord in the church. Lay Servants focus on communicating the Scriptures and their faith, providing basic skills in caring for others, and serve their churches/charges in leadership roles.
